GRADUATION!

Fall Session graduation will be on January 13, 2010

SECOND HAND ROSE

On March 3, 2010, the Boomerangs will hold a Second Hand Rose sale at the Lincolnia Center, 4710 N. Chambliss St., Alexandria. This sale will be held with the wonderful people from ReSashay http://www.resashay.com/. This is your opportunity to recycle those square dance clothes and perhaps exchange them for new ones. Bring your square dance clothes (clean and in good condition) by 7 pm so that our students will get a chance to shop before their lessons start.

If you want to sell your clothes, please mark them with your name and price. If you want to hang up your clothes, please provide your own hangers and rack. Be prepared to stay and sell your clothes. The Boomerangs cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. If you do not want to sell your clothes yourself, the Boomerangs will accept them to sell as a donation. If the donated clothes are sold, the funds will go into the Boomerangs account. If the clothes are not sold, they will be donated to the Salvation Army in Annandale.

STUDENTS !!!

This will be an excellent opportunity to “outfit” yourself at reasonable prices.
Please plan to arrive early for your lesson on March 3 and do some shopping.

BOOMERANGS FIRST NIGHTER

The Boomerangs will hold a first nighter on January 16, 2010 at the Lincolnia Center. Caller will be Skip Cleland. Time will be 7:30 to 9:30 with great refreshments and a lot of fun. Casual dress. Refreshments. Invite your friends and family. Show them how much fun square dancing is.

Boomerangs' Annual Appreciation Dance

The Boomerangs will have their Annual Appreciation Dance on Saturday, May 8, 2010 from 7:30 to 9:30 pm. It will be Mainstream with Plus tips. The caller will be Charlie Pergrossi. This dance is free to all. Its an Appreciation dance for our students and Angels. Refreshments will be available.
